1. Confirm your order
Once the payment has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm the order you placed. If you do not receive the confirmation in time: check your spam box.
2. Processing
We kindly ask you to give us 1-3 working days for quality control and to arrange the best shipment for you. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information email with your tracking number.
Note: For orders containing multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
3. Shipping
Delivery time: 7-14 working days
Note: The actual shipping time depends on the destination country and courier company, and no delivery is made on bank holidays.
